Shanna's hot pink bath (that wasn't so hot! LOL)

So, here's my first post on my blog. I will start by showing you the last project I painted.

This is my sister, Shanna's guest bath. Before her children flew the coop, she allowed her daughter, Leah, to pick the color. Shanna is a VERY brave woman! Hot pink. Everyone in the family hated this bathroom, and if you knew my sisters you would know none of us are timid about speaking our mind!

Shanna and David were kind enough to allow Paul and I to stay in their guest room for two months when we first moved back to Louisiana and our house was not yet inhabitable. Every morning I sat on the potty and wondered what the _____ my sister was thinking letting a teenage girl pick hot pink for the bathroom!

So, when they went to their camp in Mississippi recently, I let myself in and toned it down. Then I did a little decorative stuff. I told my sisters what I'd done, and they all said "Thank God!" I think Shanna and David were happy too.
